Q: hi, has the formula changed for this recently? The last tube caused reactions as i have a corn allergy. Sad, as this was the only corn free product i've been able to find.
The ingredients did change recently for Tooth Builder.
Tooth Builder is now dairy free and vegan. The original Tooth Builder® contained a small amount of lactoferrin, a gentle and effective antimicrobial found in cow's milk. • Calcite (Neutralizes acids, replaces calcium lost to decay and food acids. Protects teeth and gums overnight.)
• Glycerin (moistener)
• Poloxamer (super mild detergent)

• Methocel® (thickener, foamer)
• Potassium Sorbate (Inhibits plaque bacteria and other pathogens)
• Mild abrasive (Removes stain and plaque, leaves tooth enamel intact.)

Is Squigle® Toothpaste with 36% Xylitol a cardiovascular risk?
©2024 SQUIGLE, Inc. Recently a paper appeared** which states that ingestion of Xylitol may pose a cardiovascular risk. Normal use of Squigle's toothpastes does not pose a risk--most people ages 6 and up don't swallow their toothpaste.
In the extreme case where a person brushes his/her teeth with a Squigle® Toothpaste 3 times a day and swallows, they would consume about 1 gram of Xylitol, which is too small to pose a risk, according to the article.
Regarding Squigle JR, which is recommended for infants and toddlers, the dose of Xylitol which they would swallow is too small to pose a risk, according to the article. Applications of Xylitol which may pose a risk, according to the article, include habitual heavy use of: Xylitol chewing gum Xylitol candy Xylitol used as a sugar substitute **M. Fluoride free + cavity protection
I am allergic to fluoride so was very happy to find a toothpaste without fluoride that also contains a high concentration of cavity-fighting Xylitol. It makes me (and my dentist) smile!

Best ever
Thank you so much for this wonderful product. I have allergies to dye and many other ingredients. This toothpaste is the only one that I have found that I can tolerate. Others break my mouth out and many have caused severe reactions.

Fabulous!
I have an advanced case of erosive oral lichen plants and could no longer use flavored toothpaste. The mint flavoring was exremely irritating to my mouth and burned like a hot poker, exacerbating the condition. I had used the Squigle brand many years before and remembered how mild it was. I was ecstatic to find they has developed this sensitive product! My mouth is so much better using it and I've avoided a flare since starting it. I highly recommend this to anyone with a sensitive oral cavity.

I have been using the toothpaste for a week now and have not had one incident with sensations running through my teeth what a great week this has been. One question I would think that there would be a price break when you buy more than one tube of the toothpaste. I will be recommending this product to three of my sisters who are having the same issues.

Amazed after 3 Brushes!
WOW! Absolutely amazed. I previously used organic, non fluoride toothpaste which out performed my $32 prescription from the dentist w/fluoride.. But it lacked any protection from sensitivity. I had a random person at Costco tell me about this toothpaste, and I immediately bought two because of their review. After 3 Brushes with this toothpaste, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and know I will be a lifetime customer. Not a super strong flavor, but I'm used to no flavor from my previous brand. Highly recommended for EVERYONE! I wish I bought more!

Great Product!
I ordered this toothpaste because I have sensitive teeth and was having an allergic reaction to traditional sensitivity products. I like the fact that there are very few ingredients and that there is no sweetener or flavor added to leave an aftertaste. Amazingly, my sensitivity has been relieved after only a few days, with out fluoride or potassium nitrate, and no allergic reaction!

MIRACLE
I have very very sensitive teeth. I recently had to undergo dental work that unfortunately has not resolved problems. The dentist prescribed a toothpaste but it didn't resolve the sensitivity issue. I researched and found Tooth Builder and figured I would try it. Within a week I noticed a difference. I highly, highly recommend this product to anyone with tooth sensitivity. There just isn't anything out there to compare it with. TY TY for coming to the rescue.
