Did you find a problem with your order? We will make it right.
Contact us* within 14 days if:
- The product listed on the invoice is not what you received.
- Something is missing.
- A product is defective or damaged in shipping.
- You haven’t received your order within 10 days
Want to exchange an item? No problem – we can help with that.
- Contact us* within 30 days to let us know you want to exchange something.
- You ship it back at your expense and we will ship the replacement back to you at our expense.
- Exchanges may incur additional charges or credits depending upon the value of the exchanged items.
Want to return an item? We can help with that too.
- Contact us* within 30 days to let us know that you would like to return something.
- You may ship UNOPENED items back and we will give you a full product refund (less original shipping charge)
- OPENED items that are returned will be refunded at 50% of the original purchase price.
- Considering a purchase of a bulk bag or box of a product you’ve not tried before? We suggest that you try a smaller size first, to make sure you love the product.
What’s NOT returnable or refundable:
-Items marked as Clearance, Non-Refundable or Non-Returnable are final sales with no return or refund options. These will be marked in the title or on the product page.

We ship your order fast taking great care with your package and using affordable shipping options. If your package contains packing peanuts, please know they are water soluble.
General Shipping Guidelines
- Please be sure to give full proper shipping addresses including Apartment, Unit and Suite numbers, and country.
- Returned and rerouted packages may incur additional shipping fees.
- We cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect addresses or to PO Boxes.
- A complete order may be shipped in 1 or more boxes.
- Items shipped from other locations may arrive separately before or after the rest of your delivery.
- Orders received before 11:00 am Central Time Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. (Extenuating circumstances may prevent same day shipping in rare instances.)
First Class up to .5 LB: $3.85 [USPS 1st Class to all 50 states and US Territories]
First Class up to .75 LB: $4.95 [USPS 1st Class to all 50 states and US Territories]
Flat Rate Priority - .75 LB to $84.99: $5.95 [USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground to US continental 48 states]
Free Shipping at $85 and over*: FREE [USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground to US continental 48 states]
*Flat Rate Priority - AK HI US Territories: $5.95 [USPS Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Possessions on orders over .75 LB]
Bulk Xylitol Shipping: Actual shipping charges apply to 55# bags of xylitol shipping to Professional accounts, Alaska, Hawaii, US Possessions, and Military addresses.
Standard carriers include the following delivery estimates:
- USPS First-Class Mail®: Estimated 2-5 business day delivery
- USPS Priority Mail®: Estimated 1-3 business day delivery
- UPS Ground®: 1-5 business days based on distance to destination
USPS and UPS are still experiencing longer than normal delivery times in some areas.
When you need your order fast, expedited shipping is available.
Rates will be posted on the Shipping Calculator on the View Cart page as well the first Checkout page of our shopping cart.
Orders must be received by 11am CT for same-day shipping.
- UPS Next Day Air -- Includes tracking and insurance.
- UPS 2nd Day Air -- Includes tracking and insurance.
- UPS 3 Day Select -- Includes tracking and insurance.
- USPS Priority Express Mail [USA] -- Includes tracking and insurance; overnight to some areas but not all.
Regretfully, all International orders have been suspended.
You may want to consider using a freight forwarder or freight consolidator to ship your order internationally.
