Q: hi, has the formula changed for this recently? The last tube caused reactions as i have a corn allergy. Sad, as this was the only corn free product i've been able to find.
The ingredients did change recently for Tooth Builder.
Tooth Builder is now dairy free and vegan. The original Tooth Builder® contained a small amount of lactoferrin, a gentle and effective antimicrobial found in cow's milk. • Calcite (Neutralizes acids, replaces calcium lost to decay and food acids. Protects teeth and gums overnight.)
• Glycerin (moistener)
• Poloxamer (super mild detergent)

• Methocel® (thickener, foamer)
• Potassium Sorbate (Inhibits plaque bacteria and other pathogens)
• Mild abrasive (Removes stain and plaque, leaves tooth enamel intact.)

Is Squigle® Toothpaste with 36% Xylitol a cardiovascular risk?
©2024 SQUIGLE, Inc. Recently a paper appeared** which states that ingestion of Xylitol may pose a cardiovascular risk. Normal use of Squigle's toothpastes does not pose a risk--most people ages 6 and up don't swallow their toothpaste.
In the extreme case where a person brushes his/her teeth with a Squigle® Toothpaste 3 times a day and swallows, they would consume about 1 gram of Xylitol, which is too small to pose a risk, according to the article.
Regarding Squigle JR, which is recommended for infants and toddlers, the dose of Xylitol which they would swallow is too small to pose a risk, according to the article. Applications of Xylitol which may pose a risk, according to the article, include habitual heavy use of: Xylitol chewing gum Xylitol candy Xylitol used as a sugar substitute **M. Great for Sensitive Teeth
I have been using this toothpaste for over a year due to sensitive teeth. This product is by far the best I have ever used. Sensodyne and other brands never really helped but this one does. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed.

Awesome toothpaste
So far I am happy with this toothpaste. There is not much of a flavor which I like. I wish I could find a better price on it since by the time it ships it a little over $11. But I love the more natural components of the toothoaste. Thanks

Solved canker sore issue
For years, I have suffered with persistent and often multiple oral canker sores. I was stumped with solutions. My dentist thought it might be sensitivity to sodium laurel sulfate. Looking in my pharmacy, there were no toothpastes without it. I did an internet search and found these toothpastes, and it has been 3 years now and I have not had a canker sore since. I call it a miracle!

Game changer for sensitive teeth
I used Sensodyne and the high-fluoride prescription toothpaste recommended by my dentist for several years. Those products did MANAGE my sensitive teeth symptoms BUT I still would feel pain under certain circumstances. I've been using Squigle now for several years and I love it. After using it for several months, my sensitivity was completely gone. No joke, I can eat caramels, which would have sent me through the roof before! No sensitivity to heat or cold, and my dental cleanings are pain-free. HIGHLY recommend this product.

My favorite sensitive paste was discontinued. I was skeptical with this purchase. No mint taste but helps with sensitive gumlines. Fast shipping. I am purchasing again.

Effective Product
Eliminated tooth sensitivity. Produces a lot of foam. Doesn't do much for bad breath; sort of makes it more apparent.

Exactly what I've been looking for in a toothpaste
Short of making my own, I thought it would be impossible to get what I wanted. But this is the toothpaste I've been looking for, to give my teeth a chance to repair. I haven't been using it for very long yet, but so far I'm very pleased. I like the taste and how it works for me, very much.

Works as advertised
Required a sensitive toothpaste to treat a problem with receding gum line, the VA ordered some Prevident 500 fluoride toothpaste. After intensive chemotherapy I hesitate to introduce any harmful substance into my already compromised system. Careful research pointed me in the direction of Squigle and I ordered a tube of the Tooth Builder Sensitive Toothpaste. I love it. The sensitivity has disappeared and there is no taste to this stuff plus no worries about ingesting fluoride. The folks at Homestead Market are the finest people to deal with and they now have a customer for life. Their practice of good old fashioned customer service never goes out of style and I have recommended them to several folks and family members already.

It works
This is a miracle toothpaste. Since I've been using this product I haven't had any breakouts of canker sores in my mouth,and just to prove that it really helps,I ran out of my supply for about 2 months and the canker sores returned,so I know now not to make that mistake again
