Q: hi, has the formula changed for this recently? The last tube caused reactions as i have a corn allergy. Sad, as this was the only corn free product i've been able to find.

Is Squigle® Toothpaste with 36% Xylitol a cardiovascular risk?
©2024 SQUIGLE, Inc. Recently a paper appeared** which states that ingestion of Xylitol may pose a cardiovascular risk. Normal use of Squigle's toothpastes does not pose a risk--most people ages 6 and up don't swallow their toothpaste.
In the extreme case where a person brushes his/her teeth with a Squigle® Toothpaste 3 times a day and swallows, they would consume about 1 gram of Xylitol, which is too small to pose a risk, according to the article.
Regarding Squigle JR, which is recommended for infants and toddlers, the dose of Xylitol which they would swallow is too small to pose a risk, according to the article. Applications of Xylitol which may pose a risk, according to the article, include habitual heavy use of: Xylitol chewing gum Xylitol candy Xylitol used as a sugar substitute **M. Love it!
I found this product about a year ago. I've always struggled with mouth sores and so has my daughter. Since using this toothpaste we no longer suffer with mouth sores. She also hasn't had any cavities ( she has every year since she was 3). My children love the taste. Never complain about brushing now. I buy a tube for every bathroom in my house. my three year old also had zero tartar and plaque at his last check up. This toothpaste is our favorite.

Great Toothpaste!
I have tried several other natural toothpaste brands and not had satisfying results. Tooth Builder leaves my mouth feeling fresh and my teeth feeling clean and looking whiter already. I will defiantly recommend this toothpaste to family and friends.

Non burning toothpaste
This is the only toothpaste I have found for anyone suffering from lichen planus where each and every one of the other toothpastes on the market burn your gums; and if you have this condition you will understand fully. Pricey for toothpaste but at least you don't dread having to brush your teeth and be in agony.

Yum!
I've only been using this toothpaste for about a week, so I don't know how well it protects against sensitivity, but I do know I love the non-flavor of it. Since I need to use fluoride, I put this on the brush with Tom's strawberry toothpaste. I love the way my teeth feel smooth and clean after brushing. I hope y'all will make an unflavored fluoride toothpaste soon.

Great
We have been using this SLS-free and Made in USA toothpaste for a few years, the Tooth Builder (fluoride-free) for the kids. They like the taste, and want to use it, and have had no cavities. When we travel, and bring this toothpaste with us, our hosts have tried it, and asked us to send some to them, they like the mild flavor and high quality.

Great Product
I started using this toothpaste because I have very sensitive gums. It seems all the additives in regular toothpaste, including the flavoring makes my gums burn and bleed. This toothpaste has eliminated that altogether. My mouth and gums are clean and pain free! I would recommend this to anyone who experiences mouth, tooth, or gum sensitivity.

I love using a flavorless toothpaste!
I never realized how much I would love using a flavor-free toothpaste. It's hard for me to find a toothpaste I can use because I must avoid all artificial flavors and sweeteners, but the natural toothpastes I've tried have all been minty. Personally, my mouth feels cleanest when there is no flavor left behind! I've been using Tooth Builder for a few weeks, and I'm happy to say that it is preventing temperature sensitivity. I used to use a pharmaceutical product containing Novamin, and whenever I stopped using it, I would get chronic tooth sensitivity pain. Tooth Builder is a lot healthier for me, and it seems to be protecting me just as well. A note for people who wonder if they can tolerate Xylitol: I used to think that Xylitol was a migraine trigger for me. However, neither Tooth Builder nor its sister product, Squigle, have ever given me a headache. This is possibly because they contain USA-grown birch Xylitol.

Recommended by my Dentist
I tried this toothpaste over a year ago. At that time, I bought it through a different vendor. I like Tooth Builder because it is very mild, and doesn''t contain sodium fluoride. It acts like Sensodyne, only without the harsh chemicals. I''m using it in conjunction with Eco-Dent''s Res-q-dent. Recommended by a trusted dentist!

Squigle tooth builder or enamel saver?
I have them both and love them both! I use enamel saver in the morning; it has a soft minty taste but doesn''t burn my tongue like other brands and I no longer have the white film sticky stuff coming off my gums either. Because I have sensitive teeth, mouth sores & ulcers I also use tooth builder in the evening. It has very little flavor and it is so gentle. Since using Squigle my tongue doesn''t burn like it used to. I no longer have the redness & sensitivity that I used to have either. I LOVE SQUIGLE!

Coats teeth
I personally did not like the feeling on my teeth when using the Tooth Builder toothpaste, they didn''t feel clean.
