Why three toothpastes?  Here are the features they have in common:

Plaque, Cavity and Bad Breath Preventive.
Each toothpaste contains 36% US birch xylitol. The high xylitol content in Squigle Toothpastes discourages the development of plaque and cavities. Their mouth friendly ingredients also fight bad breath, whereas the harsh ingredients in conventional toothpastes actually contribute to bad breath.
 
Canker Sore and Cold Sore Prevention and Relief.
The three Squigle Toothpastes also stop most canker sores and mouth ulcers because they are free of SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) and other irritating ingredients found in most toothpastes, even the so-called 'natural' ones. Their patented, non-irritating detergent is mild enough for use in artificial tears, which also makes them ideal for use with cold sores and for soothing dry mouth. Squigle Enamel Saver Toothpaste
Squigle Enamel Saver is the original Squigle Toothpaste.  In addition to the above features, it contains fluoride, which is an important ingredient to many of our customers. Squigle Enamel Saver is mint flavored.
 
Squigle Tooth Builder and Squigle Jr Toothpastes
Both of these toothpastes offer relief for Sensitive Teeth. They contain mouth friendly nanosized calcite crystals that migrate into the open tubules in your teeth and seal them off, thus stopping the main cause of tooth sensitivity. You should begin to feel relief within a week of starting these toothpastes. Tooth Builder is dairy free and vegan, while Squigle Jr contains a small amount of lactoferrin, a gentle and effective antimicrobial found in cow's milk. Tooth Builder is flavor free, and Squigle Jr is raspberry flavored.  Squigle Jr is designed especially for infants and toddlers and sized for airline travelers.

Is Squigle® Toothpaste with 36% Xylitol a cardiovascular risk?

Recently a paper appeared** which states that ingestion of Xylitol may pose a cardiovascular risk.
 
Normal use of Squigle's toothpastes does not pose a risk--most people ages 6 and up don't swallow their toothpaste.
 
In the extreme case where a person brushes his/her teeth with a Squigle® Toothpaste 3 times a day and swallows, they would consume about 1 gram of Xylitol, which is too small to pose a risk, according to the article.

Regarding Squigle JR, which is recommended for infants and toddlers, the dose of Xylitol which they would swallow is too small to pose a risk, according to the article.

Applications of Xylitol which may pose a risk, according to the article,  includehabitual heavy use of:
   Xylitol chewing gum
   Xylitol candy
   Xylitol used as a sugar substitute
