Q: hi, has the formula changed for this recently? The last tube caused reactions as i have a corn allergy. Sad, as this was the only corn free product i've been able to find.
The ingredients did change recently for Tooth Builder.
Tooth Builder is now dairy free and vegan. The original Tooth Builder® contained a small amount of lactoferrin, a gentle and effective antimicrobial found in cow's milk. • Purified water
• Calcite (Neutralizes acids, replaces calcium lost to decay and food acids. Protects teeth and gums overnight.)
• Glycerin (moistener)
• Poloxamer (super mild detergent)
• Cellulose gum (thickener, foamer)
• Methocel® (thickener, foamer)
• Potassium Sorbate (Inhibits plaque bacteria and other pathogens)
• Mild abrasive (Removes stain and plaque, leaves tooth enamel intact.)

Is Squigle® Toothpaste with 36% Xylitol a cardiovascular risk?
©2024 SQUIGLE, Inc. Recently a paper appeared** which states that ingestion of Xylitol may pose a cardiovascular risk. Normal use of Squigle's toothpastes does not pose a risk--most people ages 6 and up don't swallow their toothpaste.
In the extreme case where a person brushes his/her teeth with a Squigle® Toothpaste 3 times a day and swallows, they would consume about 1 gram of Xylitol, which is too small to pose a risk, according to the article.
Regarding Squigle JR, which is recommended for infants and toddlers, the dose of Xylitol which they would swallow is too small to pose a risk, according to the article. Applications of Xylitol which may pose a risk, according to the article, include habitual heavy use of: Xylitol chewing gum Xylitol candy Xylitol used as a sugar substitute **M. I have been using tooth builder for a couple of years now. I found it at a seminar I attended about blood cancer, which I have. I love it because there is no flavor. I get a lot of mouth sores and it is the only toothpaste I can use.

Love this toothpaste!
Yay! I am so excited to find a natural toothpaste without all the nasty additives and flavors. My husband isn't taken on it yet because he likes the mint flavor to "feel" clean with, but I love it! I can't use mint ingredients because I am breastfeeding and have been looking for natural toothpaste. This has helped with sensitivity and my teeth feel wonderfully clean after brushing! I actually feel like i am taking care of my teeth now! Thank you!

This is the first time for me trying this toothpaste. I've only been using it a couple of day and don't know yet if it will help my teeth be less sensitive. I do like that it does not have an overwhelming flavor though. I'll try to remember to update my view after a few weeks use.

I am a believer in this toothpaste. I used to dread going to the dentist but since I started using this toothpaste it has been a much more enjoyable experience. I believe I must have had the open dentinal tubules because it is a total new experience. No dreading dentist appointments any longer!

I love this toothpaste. Have tried a lot of others and this one really works. Have only been using for a week, but I can feel the difference in my teeth already. Not nearly as sensitive. Would definitely recommend it.

Great for me
I became allergic to the mint found in most toothpastes, and searched for a non-mint toothpaste for sensitive teeth. This one was a winner.

I like it!
It feels good to brush with this toothpaste. I have certain areas that are very sensitive this toothpaste doesn't bother any of those areas. I haven't used it long enough to comment on the tooth-building quality of it, but so far I am very happy wit this product.
