Is Squigle® Toothpaste with 36% Xylitol a cardiovascular risk?
©2024 SQUIGLE, Inc. Recently a paper appeared** which states that ingestion of Xylitol may pose a cardiovascular risk. Normal use of Squigle's toothpastes does not pose a risk--most people ages 6 and up don't swallow their toothpaste.
In the extreme case where a person brushes his/her teeth with a Squigle® Toothpaste 3 times a day and swallows, they would consume about 1 gram of Xylitol, which is too small to pose a risk, according to the article.
Regarding Squigle JR, which is recommended for infants and toddlers, the dose of Xylitol which they would swallow is too small to pose a risk, according to the article. Applications of Xylitol which may pose a risk, according to the article, include habitual heavy use of: Xylitol chewing gum Xylitol candy Xylitol used as a sugar substitute **M. Squiggle Toothpaste
If you are prone to canker sores than this is the toothpaste for you! I have been using it for years & basically do not get anymore plus I have great dental checkups! Also forgot to add that I was determined to buy this from anyone other than Amazon :)

Squigle cleared up my mouth issues
My dentist recommended Squigle after I reported unusual mouth sores and just an odd feeling in my mouth. I had tried several others things and was given an incorrect diagnosis by my general practitioner. Within three days of using Squigle, my mouth sores were gone - and they are still gone. I also use a mouth rinse that is essentially a mild solution of hydrogen peroxide (not the listerine type). This Squigle is expensive but it works for me. I use about three tubes in 12 months.

This toothpaste was recommended by my dentist all the way away in WA. It’s been a blessing for my basically non existent enamel. It’s gentle and cleans well. I’ve used the most sensitive commercially available products and this is by far the best.

Best Toothpaste to Repair teeth and mouth
I'm 41 & I have had so many issues with canker sores and sensitive teeth. I first found this toothpaste a decade ago when I learned about the harshness of SLS especially in toothpaste. This toothpaste is the ONLY toothpaste that doesn't hurt when I have canker sores (it even helps them heal quicker) while also leaving my mouth feeling fresh all day. It had been a while since I ordered this bc there are more toothpastes available in store without SLS (& I was lazy to not plan ahead and order it!) but recently after I got sick and had been vomiting I couldn't get that gross vomit feeling off my teeth for two weeks. I remembered about this toothpaste and ordered it. Within 2 brushes the gross feeling on my teeth was gone! GONE! I will always have this toothpaste on hand now bc it clearly helps me out better than any other toothpaste I've tried for sensitive &/or repair needs. It really is amazing. Thank you Homestead Market!!! So grateful for your products!

This is the Best toothpaste available
I've been using Squigle toothpaste for a few years now and I am very pleased with the results. I always get a clean bill of health whenever I visit my dentist every 6 months for a check-up. After using it a few months I noticed it had whitened my teeth. So much so that I will occasionally get compliments from people about how white my smile is. It also prevents enamel erosion, which gives me peace of mind when it comes to taking care of my teeth.
