Hemp hearts! Who knew!?
I purchased these to make a paleo version of granola. It's so good! I baked with almond flour, apple chunks, walnuts, almond slivers, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and coconut oil. Mmmm! Now I'm searching for more ways to use it as it's a great source of protein and essential fatty acids.
