sodium fluoride - 0.24% - Purpose: Anticavity
- Xylitol (prevents plaque, boosts fluoride)

Uses:
Fights canker sores, cavities, chapped lips, gum disease, perioral dermatitis. Soothes and protects dry mouths.
Floss. Brush for 2 minutes 2-3 times daily.

Warnings
Don's use fluoride toothpaste before age 6. Keep out of reach of kids under 6. Do not swallow. Call a physician or Poison Control Center promptly if more than a brush length is swallowed.

Is Squigle® Toothpaste with 36% Xylitol a cardiovascular risk?
©2024 SQUIGLE, Inc. Recently a paper appeared** which states that ingestion of Xylitol may pose a cardiovascular risk. Normal use of Squigle's toothpastes does not pose a risk--most people ages 6 and up don't swallow their toothpaste.
In the extreme case where a person brushes his/her teeth with a Squigle® Toothpaste 3 times a day and swallows, they would consume about 1 gram of Xylitol, which is too small to pose a risk, according to the article.
Regarding Squigle JR, which is recommended for infants and toddlers, the dose of Xylitol which they would swallow is too small to pose a risk, according to the article. Squigle Toothpaste
I have been using Squigle toothpaste for a few years. Before I started using this I was always getting Canker Sores. Sometimes so many and so painful I could not eat or talk. Sometimes so many and so painful I could not eat or talk. I have tried a few over the counter toothpaste like Arm and Hammer Sensitive or Sensodyne and for a while it would be fine and then I would start getting the sores again so I always go back to Squigle. This time I will stay with it. I do get a sore once in a while but very seldom. I have told my dentist about this so she can inform other people who suffer the way I did about Squigle. I recommend this to everyone who suffers from Canker Sores.

Finally a toothpaste that lives up to its ads. Since using Squigle I have not had any canker sores. Sodium Lauryn Sulfate, which is in most toothpastes, made my life miserable.

No Sorbitol!
I have a sorbitol allergy which is in most toothpastes. Squigle is the only one I''ve found without sorbitol. I love it! It''s not weird tasting like other natural toothpastes and most importantly, I don''t have an allergic reaction every morning or night! I highly recommend it if you have allergies.

Fantastic product! Fantastic service!
This product has literally changed my life. Until I discovered Squigle over a decade ago I suffered constantly from very painful canker sores in my mouth, most likely the result of harsh ingredients like SLS in regular toothpastes.

Fantastic, esp. for Dry Mouth
When they changed the formula of Biotene, which actually started to give me dry mouth, I was having lots of problems with my mouth - dry, sores, uncomfortable. I tried EVERY toothpaste my local health food store had in stock, and all were terrible. Then I found Squigle - FANTASTIC! My mouth is healthy again!! This toothpaste is excellent and so healthy for your mouth. I HIGHLY recommend it, and I''m a customer for life!

Dentist recommended product to treat sore mouth. So far, seems to be helping. Taste good too! Down side is it''s cost. But if it works it''s worth the price.
