What is Xylitol?
Pure xylitol is a white crystalline substance that looks and tastes like sugar. It is a naturally occurring 5-carbon sugar alcohol found in many fruits and vegetables and produced in small amounts by the human body. It has the same sweetness as sugar (sucrose) but with 40% fewer calories and none of the negative tooth decay or insulin release effects of sugar. Xylitol also has a low glycemic index (7) and has little effect on blood sugar levels.

Best gum on the market.

Breathe Fresh!
The gum does lose its flavor quickly, but it does its work. I have no cavities and my plaque and gingivitis is much less. My dentist has made comments on my improvement. I have people taking from my gum tube when they see me have it. It is a winner in flavor and results all around!

Spry gum
I like the taste of all the gum & Spearmint is my fav! What I dont like is how quickly the gums flavor disappears and how quickly the gum becomes less "chewy & soft".

I bought one tube to ''just try''. Don''t bother with that. Buy more than just one, if you don''t you''ll be coming back sooner than you think!
