Some days it can be difficult to want to get out of bed in the morning. Other days, you can easily get up and get going, then lose ambition mid-day and want to get home to somewhere safe. Some people even fear Monday mornings so much that they are restless and cannot sleep. Many people love what they do, but still find that the stress of the job has worn them down over the years.

Some other ideas to help with Mental Health:
- Get some exercise in or go for a walk.

- Read a book or take time to work on a hobby or do something you want to do!
