I have been sugar free for more than a year and wanted to have something small and sweet for those times when I miss the candy! These fill the bill nicely and I can give them to my kids too without feeling like I'm damaging our diets.

These mints are so good! Not too crunchy, but not soft either. Excellent taste. I have tried all of the flavors, but the berry is definitely my favorite. My daughter loves them too!

Spry Mints
I have both peppermint and berry flavor and I think they are bursting with flavor. They are small and dissolve fairly quickly so they only help with dry mouth for a short period of time; otherwise I love them.
